Tom or Jerry ?

Downloaded the Amazon prime app today and one of the first things suggested was Tom & Jerry.. even though I'm an adult I don't mind watching it like Mr bean lol
So Who is your favourite between Tom (cat) and Jerry (mice) ??
I'm going to go rogue and say neither, I prefer Spike the bulldog who made occasional appearances.
Tom: Just wants a nice quiet peaceful life.
Jerry: Mischievous and wouldn't leave Tom alone.
Whilst Jerry is the cutest, I would go for Tom as I can relate to him the most.
Wow that’s a blast from the past! I think I preferred Tom, as I always felt sorry for him
I'll probably go with Tom, he is certainly persistent. I also like the more modern incarnation, The Itchy & Scratchy Show, a recurring cartoon that is part of The Simpsons. I would pick Scratchy (cat) for that show.
Just to be extra and go against the grain.. Jerry - hes cute and i think i relate to him , being short and hopefully cute 
and reminds me of the days when my tall brother would annoy me!
