Top Tips for Charity Shop Shopping

I mostly buy books from charity shops though I have been known to buy the odd bit of glassware and a brand new scarf still with original wrapping and price on. I have a friend who collects 'Old Country Roses' and found a bud vase for £1.50. I told her where I got it but she was thrilled just the same and didn't feel bad as she may have done if I had paid the proper price.
