Log back in to the website where you made the order and check the order under your account. If you didnt have an account sign up using the same email you used when making the original order

Hi LisaQussous you need to get in touch with the website that you bought it from as Latest deals isn’t a retailer. check the name on your bank statement if unsure. Thanks Emma
