Train Cancellations after Theft of Cable or Staff Shortages, It's Anyones' Guess

Ok its not wet leaves on the lines or a few snowflakes but the train operators need to know which excuse they are going to use for delays
We have two different articles in the same newspaper on the same day, one quoting cable theft, the other staff shortages
Maybe its staff theft or cable shortages , who knows ?
I do know one thing, you will be struggling to get a Northern and TransPennine train regardless of the reason
They may get some inspiration from the Gif for further excuses even if they are for flight delays

They've got more excuses than a shoplifting crackhead, I'm so glad I don't use the train
I sometimes use Manchester trains I hate them with a passion never on time there is always a issue they never lower the prices tho for them being late same the the buses
It’s a joke. Some services in london are regularly cancelled due to staff shortages (more like them choosing not to work due to pay disputes)
You should see the poor performance of Transport for Wales ( owned by the Welsh Government) train services , if they are not cancelled, late or overcrowded there is a bus replacement service running .
