What was you favorite TV show as a child?

No one will have heard of mine! The Baron.......The Champions........The Saint.....Lancelot.........The Persuaders...........The Avengers. These programmes were more watched in my teens as we were still in the dark ages of tv when I was a kid lol.
Hi lynibis I use to love to watch the saint with Roger Moore. Mine you I was very young. Use to watch it with my grandad. They don't make show like they use to do. Hope they don't do a remake of the saint. There can only be one and that's roger Moore. 
Lynibis I like The Avengers as well. I watched it on the True Entertainment channel (available on FreeView) over the last few years. It's a quirky and fun show. It's a shame that many of the episodes from the first series are thought lost. As like many shows from the period, the videotapes containing the episodes were reused for different shows. Occasionally, tapes and film reels are discovered in someone's attics or in a forgotten space in an archive, so hopefully more episodes will be found.
I used to love prisoner cell block h on the sly lol
and tales of the unexpected I loved it
