T.v on Wall
Ask a Question
Thinking of putting my t.v on the wall but just not sure what to do will we be looking up at it will I have wires coming out
My experience of tv on the wall is that it makes your neck ache if you watch a film or something. Would never put mine on the wall.
We have bedroom tv on wall but living room not dont find wires a problem as not really showing
If you are planning on putting it up on a dry wall you might be able to get the wires behind the wall but you'd need to know what you were doing first, failing that a bit of cable trunking will keep everything tidy.
Have you considered a floating tv bracket that has the part to hide wire behind and shelves to hold your digital equipment. ?
I know what you mean as I have 2 wires hanging down but as im the only one in and out of my bedroom im not fussed what other people think
I have mine up because of my little one so it’s out of reach. I got some self adhesive trucking cables from eBay to tidy they were only a few quid
When we moved into our house the old owners left the floating TV bracket on the wall. Because of where they had put it you were constantly staring down at the TV. They had only done it for staging the house and it was very impractical. The bracket is still up as I have no idea how to take it off the wall, but our TV hides it. Unless you plan on putting it at eye height when seated, then you will get a sore neck from constantly looking up at it.
