Do you agree with this list? I dont see chocolate digestives?

I don’t thinks so. Custard creams? Digestives/chocolate digestives? Hob Nobs? Certainly, I’d have thought shortbread wouldn’t be number 1 (even though i fo like them) and Ladyfinger? That’s not a snacking biscuit. It’s used in trifles

I wish I could do a poll....!

lotus biscoff are beautiful but digestives and hobnobs surely beat all, especially in England!

I love Jaffa Cakes and Bourbons, don't mind the rest, but Custard Creams should definitely be on that list 😋

Tunnocks Caramel Logs are number 1 in my list closely followed by the Caramel wafers, out of that list I'd make Jaffa Cakes and Chocolate Digestives number 3 and 4.

Bossclaz there was a court case on this very subject because M&S was challenging it as the VAT is different on cakes and biscuits. I think it was decided that they are cakes.

Bossclaz It is known as Jaffa CAKE. Plus it is soft and spongy like a cake.

Not sure why it is even such a common debate.

RegularComper90 the court case was huge because it decided whether you had to pay VAT on them. Not as obvious as you or I might think.

Garibaldi? I'm surprised 😆 They're not terrible but I can't believe they made top ten. This list made me hungry though.

So surprised to see Shortbread at the top which I personally love. Not a fan of chocolate or cream biscuits. I also love my homemade ginger biscuits.

Custard creams all the way. But all the biscuits in those value packs in supermarkets are all great. Actually most biscuits are great but less keen on all the fancy ones.

Mcvities milk chocolate digestives are the best in my opinion but if you’re a dunker then it has to be a rich tea. There’s an art to getting the biscuit before it drops.

I love them all. But no custard cream on there. I think I’d have bourbon as number one. Agree with a lot of comments about digestives x

Bourbons are my favourite, in fact they're in my top 10 of all foods now that I think about it. Hobnobs should be up there though

My favourite biscuit is not on the list. So many out there and people have different taste buds so not sure how they can pick a winner

A very strange list indeed, and as you say digestives ,custard creams, hobnobs, rich tea etc etc must be more popular than most of those...

We rarely buy biscuits, but none of the above would make my list, my favourites are Digestive biscuit, Hobnobs, Rich Tea etc.

Source says Breville, who was actually deciding?!

Jaffa cake and lady fingers are not biscuits for a start.

Oreos and (yummy!) gingerbread are very different types of biscuits, which many love or can’t stand.

Is a biscotti even a biscuit? Usually containing nuts which a lot of the population can’t eat.

Ergh to Garibaldis for me, keep your flies/fruit out of my biscuit. Haha

No digestive, custard cream and my favourite… Rich teas. The malted mills would be left at the bottom of the barrel when I was younger or the Nice biscuits, but I’d prefer them over a lot of these.
