Unable to Redownload Purchased Music from iTunes? Here's How (On Windows)

I ran into this issue today as I wanted to download a song I had purchased previously and couldn't. Turns out it's quite easy.

Just delete the file "iTunes Library" and then the next time iTunes opens, you'll be able to download the track, as it will have the cloud symbol that allows you to.

You'd think a software developed by Apple would be hassle-free but even iTunes has its hiccups.

P.S. The "iTunes Library" file regenerates, so nothing to worry about.
