Whats everyone's opinion on university fees?
I personally think they should be scrapped altogether. People cant afford the fees so don't go to better their education and get better job offers. Regardless of your financial background/situation, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to go to university to get more qualifications.
I don't think you should have to pay for tutition fees and I was lucky to go to uni when there was none. I didn't get a grant but I didn't pay 1p. Came out of uni debt free and my degree is useless so thank goodness I didn't pay for it. Higher education should be free because when you are young you don't know yourself. I'm sure lots of people would like to change careers but can't afford tutition fees alongside the cost of living.
I think it should be free, I'm currently in the final year of my degree and have had many conversations about this over the past few years
