Heya,
So I've got a notification of '
Good news! We've sent your reward to (EMAIL). It should arrive in the next 24 hours.' But I have no idea why? It was 4 days ago and my email has had nothing that would appear to be a reward?

Once you hit claim reward in your dashboard the heroic Tom gets a notification and manually sends out an electronic Amazon gift card to your registered email address. So the email you should keep an eye out for should be from Amazon and contain your reward.
