Uploading Discounts

Ask a Question

Hello LD founders - really appreciate the effort and the app / website which is helping so many users. One question for you - is there any issue in sharing information from a physical store where perhaps they may not allow info to be shared / disclosed publicly? E.g. taking a picture from currys store on an iPad deal etc.? I am not saying it’s not allowed legally but assuming hypothetically that it isn’t, would you suggest in that case to just post high level without disclosing too much info or should uploaders stick to online discounts where it is already publicly shared in a way by that particular company? Just want to know if you guys thought of implications regarding this.

Hi, many members share in-store deals. When you share the deal, just put the main website address of the store, for example, currys.co.uk, and tick the "In-Store Only" option.

If there is information that you feel maybe against the law to share, then we would recommend you do not share it.
