More Useless Which Consumer Group Research in the News

In the News

www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1952115/tesco-morrisons-sainsburys-convenience-store-shopping

I think I've known from a small child that corner stores, convenience stores etc are more expensive than full supermarkets. It's not surprising the footfall is less, the costs are higher with a lower turnover etc.

Is there anyone out there stupid enough to not realise a corner shop is more expensive than a supermarket on average?

What sort of moronic research is this? I'm just happy I'm not one of those people paying for their ridiculously expensive pamphlet magazine that pays for this nonsense research. I just don't understand why news media outlets use their so called 'research'. If I announced I discovered that pre-packaged slimming meals or meals for the elderly that are delivered are more expensive than supermarkets similar meals I would not expect any news media to pick up that story. It would be obvious to anyone reading it.

A corner shop, Tesco Express etc are convenience stores. Of course they`re going to more expensive than a regular Supermarket. Everyone knows that. You do pay extra at them. I never go with what Which or others say. I have my own mind to figure things out.

It's obvious to some but there's some who've not got the no how to understand this. Also the added issue is because there's the smaller shops whether it be Tesco express or independent store some people haven't the money or ways to get to the bigger shop. If they don't drive they can't get there especially if they live in a village. If they have a car they may not be able to afford petrol. Buses maybe rubbish and getting shopping on a bus is awful. Not everyone wants to or can shop online. There's thise without bank accounts
