Who Uses Twitter and What's the Point of It?

I only occasionally use it for entering competitions. Apart from that, I am not bothered about it.

It confuses me even still after havinf it for over 6 years i only ever use it few times a for compitions

Wow a lot changed in one year Twitter allows you more character now. I dont like FB I think Twitter is fun.

Twitter is Ok, but it can get very toxic very quickly.

I tend to just use it as a news feed for sports and entertainment, and rarely tweet myself.

I've won quite a lot of competitions on twitter. Also, If you are interested in music, sports, cinema, brands, etc it's a good way of getting info/links for release dates, new products, offers, etc

Have never used it, never intend to use it (haven't got the internet on my phone anyway! )

I use it for comps and also for product trials. Most companies want social media accounts for those and that's why I have those. I don't use social media for sharing anything about my life. I do use twitter sometimes for commenting on a tv but that's not often.

Twitter is where the party is at. Facebook is where people post photos of their kids.

You'd be surprised how much can be written in 280 characters.
