Using a Laptop to Enter Competitions

Is it just me or does anyone else enter competitions using their laptop ?
I know many have smartphones as i do, but i find it easier from my laptop, when at home of course, with the bigger screen and not so fiddly as the phone
The only disadvantages i have found is on social media , ie instagram , where you cannot share to your story via the laptop, only using a smartphone
I use my smartphone to enter competitions. I used to use my laptop but since having my son it is muhh more convenient to use my smartphone to enter them. I actually find it easier on my phone, although I find the winit type of competitions, such as Closer etc take longer to enter on the phone.
TerenceMealing I only use a laptop, the reason being it's all I have. Don't do social media comps.
I have a smartphone, but I much prefer a larger screen, so I use either one of my computers (I have a laptop and a desktop PC). I don't understand how so many people seem to enjoy using smartphones as computer replacements, with such tiny screens. And as you say, phones are far more fiddly.
Yes i agree R , the only time i think using a smartphone would be convenient is if people are entering comps while on the move outside or at work where a pc isnt available, otherwise for me its the laptop, also less eyestrain
TerenceMealing When I first got a smartphone, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I just couldn't get used to using such a tiny screen for long periods of time. Give me a laptop any day.
I use my phone to enter competitions. I find its easier as my details are saved and with one tap my details are put in. Screen size wise i do prefer the laptop but it's always convenient to pull the lap top out all the time. I suppose it's all down to convenience.
Thank goodness for chrome, it saves all my contact details so i only have to press enter most of the time also
I prefer using my laptop. I only use my phone when there is no alternative, such as competitions on apps.
TerenceMealing I only ever use my laptop .... I have a smart phone which I love, but it's too much faff to comp on there.
I always use my laptop to enter competitions. I rarely use the internet on my phone for anything though, I much prefer the laptop.
