Using Laundry Liquid Detergent...
Ask a Question
Just after a bit of advice as I am using liquid laundry detergent for the first time
I normally use powder and fabric conditioner for our clothes but will start using liquid detergent for the dogs towels.
The instructions say to fill a dosing ball and place in the washing machine.
I don’t have a dosing ball..
If I pour some straight in the drawer where the powder normally goes, will it still work properly and go into the wash?
Thanks
Yes this will work just fine. Ive forgotten your put the ball in a couple of times and done it this way
Ah brill thank you, I didn’t want to waste it just pouring it in the drawer lol! In the meantime I will look for a ball thing! Thanks
BAliceBell64468 you're in luck! On the freebie section of this site someone has posted a free Persil dosing ball! How's that for timing?!
lucyeva72 haha that is brilliant timing! Thanks very much for letting me know, I will send off for it x
AliceBell64468 definitely good timing for me. I've nearly ran out of soap powder so will be starting on my bargain liquid and it never even occurred to me that I would need something to pour it in so thank you for pointing that out
Janhrrs I know yeah I didn’t realise either! I have a few sample packets to use as well. I thought it would just go straight in the drawer like the powder lol x
