Hope everyone is having a good valentine's day.
How's everyone spending it?
I will be making a cheesecake for my Mum and Dad. A strawberry white chocolate matcha with blueberries on top. I'll share a photo with you when it is done.
That sounds so yum! I am doing sugar free feb so my OH bought me some sugar free chocolates! 
Hi rebeccarowelotl your cheesecake sounds lovely. Is it hard to do. I am having a quite Valentine. My partner is a away. When he comes back we do something then. Might go away for the weekend. 
It turns out that i'll be making it tomorrow 2pm instead of today as it won't be ready till 10/11pm which is a problem as parents will be in bed about that time and won't be wanting to eat it at that time of night.
This is my first time making cheesecake but i've made flans and cherry bakewell tarts.

I didn't even know it was Valentine's day until this afternoon. I managed to miss all the hype. I think not having the tv on means I'm not aware of what goes on nowadays. I do get to avoid Brexit thanks goodness.
