Valentines Day Cards for Kids

Ask a Question

Do you buy valentines day cards for your kids? Do you think retailers should have valentines day cards marketed for kids?

I think it’s a tad strange, but everything seems strange to me nowadays

Why on earth would parents buy valentines for kids? And what would they say anyway? I know if a kid doesn't get one it's ok to send them one just to think they have a secret admirer as this is a self esteem thing, but, not specifically pointed to kids, no.

Yeah you can get Disney and paw patrol ones and ones that say things like "for my wonderful son". I think it's really weird, but i have a friend who always got a card and chocolate from her dad as a kid and her brother always got them from their mum. Very strange. I think it's becoming more popular now to encourage us to spend more money.

I read about this yesterday and thought it really creepy! It should be nipped in the bud now and never appear again. 🐞

I don’t think valentines is good for kids. After all it’s the parents sending the cards or a friend to tease them. Let them grow up first.
