hi Vegetarians what is your favourite thing either bought or made to enjoy for christmas dinner? have a few people coming boxing day and dont just want to offer part style food its more a sit down meal for fam we wont see xmas day. TIA

My granddaughter is a pescatarian but loves a roast dinner so I do a normal roast but put a salmon en croute in the oven for her, though I have done a nut roast previously.

I usually make a cheesy nut roast and my sister is gstting a quorn joint. There is a lot more on the market now, id like to try maybe a vegtable Wellington just nothing with mushrooms
