Virgin Cabin Crew No Longer Need to Wear Make up

As long as they are clean and tidy and turned out looking reasonably smart I don't see where it matters.

I have to admit thou I think the cabin crew ladies on Virgin & British Airways and many other airlines always looked immaculate , professional and well turned out with the policy in place, they are always much smarter than budget airlines crew who have more relaxed policies.

I have never been one for wearing a huge amount of make up, more to enhance what I've got lol. When I see someone with a face absolutely caked with the stuff I always feel as if I am looking at a mask not someone's actual face. I just know that without the layers of foundation, blush, eye shadow and the caterpillars on the brows and spiders on the eyelids they would look nothing like the face they are presenting to me.

So, I hope these girls take advantage of their new found freedom and just present their normal face enhanced with a little mascara, lippie and foundation if they feel the need.

It’s good to hear that they’re relaxing their policies. I know that they have standards, but when the staff are working long hours and in enclosed spaces, you’d think the last thing on their minds is how they look. Now it doesn’t have to be a major concern
