You have put mg when it should be mcg - that makes the tablets appear one thousand times stronger than they are. These do (even if you'd put mcg) appear to be five times higher than the maximum recommended dose. (which is 1,000 mcg).

B12 being water soluble can be taken in quite high doses above the recommended but this seems very excessive,
