Warning about Sausage Rolls Laced with Spikes Left in Park for Dogs

What kind of person, even thinks of booby trapping sausage rolls ? Taking the time to put 4-inch spikes in them. I am not a dog lover but I would never do anything to hurt them, so if you are in live near Stratton Park, Basingstoke, Hampshire and have a pet be careful.
What a horrible thing to do! I'm glad someone found them before any dogs could get to them.
The people who are doing this should be made to eat them and see what it would do to them, this is such a act of cruelty that makes me feel sick that people can think to put these out for the animals to eat not only domestic animals will eat them but wild animals would eat them too, I hope they are caught and given a heavy fine
I worry about what mental state the people doing this are in. It’s not okay 
Keeping an eye out for what your dogs are eating is always a good plan but you don’t expect booby trapped snacks!!
I was horrified, the malice and forethought involved. Is truly disgusting!
I can only assume they are mentally ill
