Without a doubt it has to be flats. They are comfortable, easy to walk in and are everywhere, however, those with support are harder to find and as you say pretty shoes even harder.

Flats! I could trip over in them as I'm clumsy so no way would i be safe in heels! I see people wearing them and just think it must be so painful.

Flats all the way! I have high heels, which only get worn for special occasions, so I am lucky if I wear them once a year! I adore my flats. I love my ballerina style flats and sandals for the summer. I tend to buy mine in the sales to make them cheaper but it can be hard to find pretty supportive ones. I find that Asda do good flats and they aren't too expensive.

The answer now is flats always. 20 years ago it was 4/5 inch heels at all times including going to work and running to the bus.

It used to be feels for me, I absolutely love them but now with young kids I can't remember when I wore them last time. I think I would look a bit stupid in a play ground with heels chasing 2 year old 🀣🀣so yes now are flats all the way πŸ€—

Flats, I am not not a high heel person, really can not walk in them and they break my feet everywhere, so just stay comfy, most of the times in trainers.
