Leads by Example Ltd is a private limited company incorporated on 8th March 2018 (Source: Companies House). So basically Freetreats and Leads by Example Ltd are new.
These guys are seemingly experts at 'lead generation' so expect any email address you provide them to be widely shared with their marketing clients who will email you offers etc.
It's unlikely that freetreats is dodgy.
