Are These Websites Scams?
Ask a Question
has anybody ordered from either of these sites...https://nigelily.com/products/doll or https://www.jaqdboxingnc.icu/products/%F0%9F%94%A5last-2-days%F0%9F%94%A5real-lifelike-journey-reborn-baby-doll
they both definitely look too good to be true but wanted to order a reborn for my daughter for Christmas these would be perfect. just wondered if they were legit sites. I don’t think they are but really hoping they might be!
I'm pretty sure both these sites are in the US an therefore there will be high shipping costs to the UK and the possibility of additional tax to pay in the UK. It's a shame because the products look well cute.
It’s a 10 dollar shipping charge which is fine as these babies would retail well in the hundreds the domain for the sites were only bought in 2020 and the way this year is going i don’t really want to be giving money out willy nilly
it’s just a pain because I can’t find any legit reviews online about these sites, they just popped up on my facebook
I don’t know about those websites but I always trust any website I can pay with PayPal on because I know my money is safe with them.. I’ve had incidents with stuff not arriving but PayPal always sort it out so most dodgy websites dont allow paypal
No I’ve never heard of them, and a quick look at google doesnt seem promising. The best way is to check through social media forums, as you get a lot of feedback, particularly if these are US companies.
If you looking for reborn dolls aliexpress do some nice ones around same price I wouldn't trust this as nothing on trust pilot or Google
It is cute but is tiny and not quite what I’m looking for. I have ordered one from eBay but having seen the same one reviewed on amazon I’m sure it’ll be returned just as quick as it arrives
I haven't heard of them but please be careful, I ordered a monkey chair for my niece a few months ago, It cost me £45 and I never heard back, Im in the middle of a Paypal case at the moment trying to get the money back!
Nigelity has no proper contact details. They sell stuff and no return address on the website, also the normal price of these dolls are around £147. Seems like a USA website, but very often they are in China...more likely it is a scam.
Other one is same, but I see u can pay with paypal....and if anything goes wrong paypal pays u back....
Nigelity is a chinese supplier, on Amazon they are known as coobuy among other names, shipping time is generally slow, pay only by paypal for max protection
lauren958 they are on the US amazon, https://www.amazon.com/sp?seller=A1QKKUK1RPLHKN
SCAM I ordered 2 dolls for my granddaughter and received 1 rubbish Cheap plastic dollar doll won’t let me put pic up. Now trying to get refunded by paypal

Also don't buy from Wish. Aliexpress is okay. Don't get anything expensive from there.
