Why not do sit ups in front of the tv each time adverts come on? Cheaper too lol.

Just eat less and move more. In terms of gadgets, you only really need scales so that you can keep an eye on your progress.

You could always watch training videos on YouTube, 10 mins exercises. Also I have a Apple Watch where I see how much steps I do just keep track of my fitness. Also you need to make sure you are drinking enough water let’s be honest this whole pandemic has me drinking fizzy drinks 24/7 it was getting ridiculous but now I’ve stopped and started to drink water as health is much more important.

Nutrition is key, start prepping meals.Lots of healthy meal ideas on YouTube.

Specific gadgets for the tummy won't work, its just a money making scheme.

Get some weights, start training, enjoy a walk/run.There are plenty of free training vids online, beginner to advanced

A hula hoop is an inexpensive gadget that is good fun and will help to tone up your stomach and waist.

Buy smaller plates then the plate will still 'look' full but your portion will be smaller.

90% of weight lose is a healthy eating. Miracle will not happen if you will not change your food habits.

And very important is to drink water. + Exercises, lots of free training what can find online, always can find some 20-30 min every day.

I’ve never found any gadget works to lose weight unless you count an exercise bike and work hard.

Well I've brought a fitness band. Its helped me move about more as it motivates me to complete 10,000 steps a day. Its working as I'm slowly seeing the changes. Also you should try and watch how much you eat.

You don't need gadgets... you just need to burn more calories than you consume. A feat I have yet to perfect... 🤣
