What's Your Breakfast Most of the Days?

Other

I have had breakfast cereals earlier. Smoothies are my current favourites. Only thing is I get hungry again 11 am. Suggest me some good breakfast and your favourites.

I’m awful with breakfast I work shifts so if I’m up at 5.00 I’m to tired to eat by the time I’m at work I’m staving and end up buying food. I have started making breakfast muffins with spices, nuts and yogurt in they are amazing

On a working day, I don't really eat - I have my green tea and might eat a banana, but usually only when the tummy starts growling. I'm used to having the hunger pangs, which I think serves as good discipline, as I don't really eat anything throughout the day. I don't have a high energy job, so I try to limit the calories I take in. I use my lunch break to take a walk, and make sure that I hit at least 10k a day. It is only when I get home to have dinner when I gorge. It is a bit like I am fasting every day

I don't know how anyone can keep going all day on no food until night time I would get very grumpy I think and couldn't work on an empty stomach. each to their own.

Good to see the FULL FAT milk - this might be of interest to those who think otherwise

Whatever is quick and easy for me to grab in the morning! I dont have time to make breakfast, so normally a cereal bar or toast! Unless my husband makes it and then it will be scrambled eggs or bacon bagels

I almost always have marmite on toast, but sometimes I do push the boat out and have bacon & egg. I'm hungry now thinking about it.

I love breakfast 😊 its my favourite meal of the day and I always wake up hungry no matter what time it is!

If I’m hones I tend to have this same breakfast for year. Taste amazing and keeps me full for ages. It is a cinnamon and raisin bagel with natural peanut butter and banana and cup of strong coffee!

Marmite on toast; food of champions. And at the weekend might send hubby out for a sausage and egg mcmuffin - quite partial to those!

Most days I have Greek yoghurt 😊 if for some mad reason we’ve ran out (totally would never happen in this house) I opt for porridge or weetabix!

Porridge that I make at home and heat up when I get to work, it sees me through until lunch. Sunday it's marmite on toast 😋
