Dinner time, hardly ever get a chance to have breakfast as have to sort the kids out, lunch is always a rush but dinner time is when i get a chance to kick back and relax for a while!

At the moment, dinner, because I’m pregnant and in the third trimester where I am always starving.. lunch and breakfast don’t keep me full for more than an hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I’m just constantly wanting a full meal like dinner..

I find I can skip breakfast fairly easily, I don't seem to be hungry when I wake up but get hungrier through the day. When I'm dieting successfully I often just have one meal about 4pm and thats it for the day, I can lose a lot of weight that way but it takes will power. I do live for food unfortunately and love a good meal and I'm not good on portion size control either, I find one large meal easier than 3 small meals which I think is common if you have insulin resistance which pretty much everyone has nowadays because of all the processed sugar we eat.

Well with the limited amount I eat due to reasons, 100% dinner.

My breakfast and lunch are one meal of plain oats.

It would seem your food options are very limited if you could eat cereal for every meal. If you did I would assume you would eventually get very bored. I like cereal as much as the next person but.............

True. But I couldn’t imagine having a lunch meal or dinner meal for breakfast.
