£13,000.00 - it was my PPI claim in 2013. I had a friend who's wife works for Bank of Scotland. They advised me to just call my HSBC bank direct and ask if they could review my account if I was entitled to PPI claim. They sent me a letter asking about a whole lot of stuff like what accounts I have with them ...blah blah blah. I didn't respond to that letter because I was so busy with work and my life, which I forgot about for 2 weeks. The 3rd week after receiving the first letter, I received another letter from HSBC and this time it was them offering to give me £13,000.00. No commission charges or anything. I sign the 3rd letter to agree with it and within 5 working days. Boom! £13,000.00 in my bank account.
