When You Buy Toys and Lost the Pieces or Accessories like Lego or Luvabella

So we had few pieces of Lego missing and just gone to the website and ordered them all free !!! got them sent within 2 weeks !!! Amazing happy days !!!
my daughter got luvabella for Xmas but then she lost the bottle and a dummy , i looked everywhere and couldn’t find them,you cannot buy them anywhere sadly , asked very as where I got the doll from but they were not helpful just told me to buy new doll 
, so found the producer of the doll and emailed them ,they replayed asking for the model etc , so I emailed the details no heard from them for a month , so forgot about it really , today in post was a bottle and a dummy , they sent it from Canada , I was so surprised my daughter was super happy , I emailed them straight away saying how thankful I am 
so always worth trying if you missing something or something is broken
I knew about the lego but great to know other companies do it too will keep this in mind as my 3 year old would like a luebella doll off santa next year as she be 4 thank you for information
You’re welcome , my daughter is 3 and she got it last year so easy to loose things for her , but I must admit after a while I found the bottle and dummy she put into the bag we never use , but I was going crazy looking for everywhere I was like it must be somewhere but after many times searching the house I could not found I emailed them , one day I just saw this bag we don’t use anymore since she was a baby and thought let me try and found them there , lol , but now the dummy is missing again , omg my life right now is looking for items my daughter cannot find 
loveglitches I must be lucky my 3 year old puts her things back where they belong she has a box for figures and small dolls shop king cupboard lol cupboard Lego everything has it’s own place so if she needs she knows where to look 
Ann1984 yes my was like this for long time she knew everything she put in and if she spotted something else in lego box she would take it out lol, but all of the sudden she couldn’t not remember where she put it , but if I see now piece of something and ask her what’s it she will know exactly what toy it comes from
