HI vouchercode advertised to open up a credit account with VERY and get £30 off ! the code did not seem to work after i opened the account so i deleted my item and just left it in the box ? i used chat to ask VERY about the code ? they told me there was no code for that amount ? if i wanted they would give me a code for 15% off this would of gave me £15 off my purchase ? got back in touch with VOUCHERCODE and TOLD THEM THEY CODE WAS NOT WORKING they gave me the details of starting from there site on the green label and it automatically with be taken off in 48hrs? on the site they had a countdown to how many people were using this code before and after i bought mine and were all successful with this code ? i kept asking vouchercode is the discount working because i still had time to cancel the order ? i was assured the code was working and asked to send them a copy of my credit agreement which i did ? when they replied my item had already arrived and they told me they were sorry but there was no code and would i except a voucher for a £20 pizza as there way of saying sorry because the had a £20 policy for codes that never worked? i asked them if the pizza was also with the £20 policy because i lost £15 plus delivery which was just short of the £20 because i trusted there site and advice ? they have not replied to my email ? does anyone have any advice thanks in advance
QVC offers money off coupon for first users and they give a voucher code which not working and even u contact them, they do not answer....
Take the £20 pizza voucher and forget about it. Life's too short to spend much time on this one.
Things didn't work out but it was just a pizza and around £20, yeah, a frustrating situation but you didn't lose much at all either. Maybe opening that credit account may have done some damage to your credit score, though.
to be honest i get a free credit score and they told me i needed to use credit to get a bigger credit score as long as you pay them off ? i suppose i should of took the voucher for the pizza but i have dietary problems ? i would of gave it away ? but !when you use web sites to give me a advantage to save money i dont expect to lose a advantage ?
stevekan91 Yeah, I get that. When there's a cashback incentive I try to go for it and if it somehow gets declined, I contact TCB's CS which has happened a few times.
There's always a few retailers who try to ditch from paying cashback to its customers.
