When Was the Last Time You Had Your Photos Physically Printed?

Ask a Question

It’s been a long time for me, usually because I only look for deals where I can get them done cheaply (preferably for free and just pay for delivery)

4 years ago, photos from our wedding day. I keep saying I need to print photos of our son but there would be a lot so I would need to find a good deal

Lol yes, definitely scout out the best deals so that you have some keepsakes. I’ll be looking out for some in the meantime

This is something that has been bothering me, lately. I was looking through a stash of them, recently, and realised that I haven't printed off or had any printed professionally in about 10 years. I know the digital age saves storage space but I think we all get pleasure from looking through them physically rather than on a screen. I must make an effort to get some done on the current deals.

I feel the same. The experience of looking at physical photos triggers a lot of emotions and nostalgic feelings that I simply don’t get when I flick through them on the phone, etc. I don’t want to let another year pass without some photo memories

Yep and also, unless you are super organised, I find it easy to 'lose' digital photos far more easily!

I sometimes print mine myself, only usually the best photos to give to family.

A decade ago for my holiday prints but we did have an album put together to give as an anniversary gift .... I'm tempted to do the online ordering of physical albums maybe for a once a year reminder of events.

A couple of months ago, there was an offer on Boots’ website for free photo prints and free delivery so that was the last time! I like to put photos in frames around the house and rotate them in and out so I print photos quite often but don’t tend to pay for them either!

A couple of years ago to update 2 photo boards in my office of our travels and holidays. Funny, I spoke about this yesterday actually.

They are lovely memories of good times with friends from overseas and the UK.

We usually have the latest photos from out phones printed monthly using free prints and snapfish as you get so many a month and only pay for postage. I bought some big frames from a charity shop and use the photos to make a collage.

It has been years and years since I had anything printed. I prefer digital images. Although I have all of mine backed up in several different ways and on a plex server so I can have a good look at them when friends and family are over.

I took a waterproof disposable film camera on holiday in 2013 to take pictures in and around the sea. I think it cost me £17 to get them developed in Snappy Snaps and there was only one photograph on the roll I liked. I haven't printed any photos (or shot on film) since.
