Everyone I know has been knocked off their feet by this illness some sort of super cold lol. My daughter has been awful for over a week. She didn’t get to celebrate her 2nd Birthday though she did try but she was feeling so rubbish. Now I’ve woke up feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus! I never catch these things so I thought I was safe 
I got it twice: once early December (including high temperature) and then again in early January. Yikes. Feel better soon!
we all had it in the family recently,mine is nearly gone but still hopeful is not going to return
Hi lauren958 I've been in bed for 3 day's with the flu. Only getting up to feed the dogs and let them out. I am up to day but it making me feel very weak. This flu has knocked me for 6. Because I got other health issue it's going to take time. Sorry to hear your daughter was poorly on her birthday. May be you could do birthday treat when she is better. Hope she gets well soon. And your self.

Echinacea folks. I have one a day and it keeps the colds at bay. Boosts your immune system so quite simply you don't get them!
