Why Are 'Local' Deals Not Acceptable?

I shared a deal for free haircuts in Nottingham but was told Latest Deals doesn't accept local deals.

However, I frequently see posts such as this one https://www.latestdeals.co.uk/deals/vo5-hair-glitters-superdrug that are referencing the clearance stand in a particular store.

I also frequently see deals for discounted or free entry into local attractions...not just big places but small local museums.

Surely it's down to members to decide if a deal is relevant or helpful to them? A free haircut in Nottingham may be useless for someone that lives miles away (although I noticed the deal for free haircuts in London I also shared didn't meet the same issues) but it had been liked a couple of times before removal, implying that at least a couple of people might have made use of it.
