Why My Post Be Deleted

I put a post on about a first aid kit which was different from a previous post but it got deleted the first pic is mine and 2nd is original post can someone tell me what I did wrong
I would use the "Contact Us Button " ( you'll find it under the " More" heading at the top )and ask for clarification
I just had another look at posts and I think it is cos it says available from other sellers
Still new to all this 
It's the same product maybe? Although your one is cheaper it may have come up with the same URL because of the name of the product? I dunno, you'll have to use the contact us and send them an email. It may have been a bot that removed it.
Probably because it’s the same product with the same URL and someone else posted it before you.
The guidelines are that you should allow 30 days to elapse before re-posting an existing deal.
Where the price has changed or dropped it’s better to comment on the original deal and give the original poster the opportunity to update their deal.
Amazon prices can change several times a day!
Thank you for the replys I think I need to read the guidelines better thank you for giving me the answer to my post I should of looked better.... This will probably be the first of a few mistakes
