Anyone got any workout ideas/tips for me please? im self isolating and feel daft prancing round my room watching youtube workouts and trying my best to copy what I see on screen. My dad says it sounds like a rhino on a trampoline when im in my room working out lol.
Static excercise can be as good as anything else. With excercise one of the main goals is to get the heart rate going. Do excercise like the plank, squats etc. Have a look on YouTube for static excercise. There's a fair bit there. Mix it up a bit so you don't work the same area of the body all the time and so you don't get bored. Best of luck
