Worst Adverts Currently on TV

Ask a Question

What would you say are the worst advert/most annoying adverts that are currently on TV?

I mainly watch Netflix so don’t see many adverts, but see some when the sports channels are on.

The ones 2 I hate most are - Voxi, all hail Voxi with the thumbs, and she screams ALL HAIL VOXIII. And the other one is Deliveroo, the woman screeches Wagamama in an irritating voice.

I guess it makes you remember them but they are so annoying!

we tend to record everything so fast forward thro the ads..... a shame when there are the few funny ones airing but family usually tell me and I check them out for a giggle.

BORDERJOE We record stuff too, as the adverts these days are as long the programmes themselves! I remember when they were 3 minutes long. Now they're about 7-8 minutes and come on 5 minutes into the programme just starting!

lucyeva72 me too .... and it's so confusing at times .... settle to watch and then all of a sudden the ad is there .... once or twice I must've been distracted and not realised the ad had begun and thought the film had made a weird twist!

I hate the one for Verisure burglar alarms. The woman on the ad calls Verisure to enquire about getting an alarm fitted......after she has been burgled 🤦‍♂️ The telephone advisor then tells her not to worry. Easy for her to say, she's not just been burgled!
