Never bought products but never had any problems with services from there.. afternoon tea etc. The only thing I will say is I have found in the past that the deals are sometimes not actually cheaper than doing directly to the company x

I think it is good, you can get some decent deals. Never forget to read the fine print and delivery/shipping prices. I never had any problem with it.

Wowcher order I made once was late arriving,one call to wowcher customer services later to explain my order finally arrived.

If you know that there's a wowcher deal on in a restaurant, e.g. (you're mates been and tells you about it) don't be affraid to mention it to the staff as they might very well honour it as they will have wowcher vouchers on hand and will usually be happy to oblige.
