Hobbycraft have a sale on wool at the moment 3for2 and half price. I bought 4 balls of wool in May last year for £7.50 a ball and got the same thing for £3.50 a ball

Try charity shops..when I volunteered in one ..people used to come in and buy garments to unravel..we had a lady that came in daily and she always got 1st choice if she wanted to buy it because we got to know her..I always suggested to get the phone numbers of local ones ...just give them a bell and save a trip....maybe car boot sales...
