YouTube May Block Videos in Countries Part of the EU because of Article 13

Going by this tweet, YouTube doesn't appear as though they're going to straight up block every European country in Europe's continent but rather those which are part of the EU. Many confuse these terms and don't know the difference between all of it.

I've already noticed that there are plenty of websites and apps I can't access with my own EU-IP so I have to use a VPN instead, so that I can mask it and bypass the ridiculous laws put in to place by the EU.

Isn't it great to live in a EU 'state'. The EU is also saying they want it to be an 'Empire' and build a 'EU Army', among other things.
