Ask a Question

Trying to get back into doing workouts I normally do YouTube work out videos.

Any one for any recommendations of some good YouTube workouts to try?

Depends what type of home workouts are you looking for. HIIT, weights, yoga and what intensity you might be looking for.

HayleyMcGill for HIIT there's a couple on YouTube called FitnessBlender. I've been doing their videos once a week during lockdown. If you have a search for the longer 30-minute ones they're very good:

It kinda depends what you're into. I never really used to do at home workouts, my exercise was running and walking outdoors, going to my local park, etc but I stay in a lot more now because of Covid, so I've tried a few. I personally find exercise type workouts too boring, and lose interest, but a good dance workout can be fun.

I prefer Joe Wicks work outs but I'll often put on a Lucy wyndham-read work out for a change. She also have exercises for various fitness levels.

Zumba is great, and Jillian Michaels. I did before and I love it. Can see the result after 2 weeks if you will exercise every day
