Yes I've cashed out several times. About £15 total towards my council tax bill and maybe £20-30 to my mobile phone bill. I tend to get £5 per month minimum. I don't like to let it build up as you never know when these companies will go under.

Personally I have never heard ZIPZERO and don't know what it does but will check and may put my bill towards it.

I had it but never used it to cashout. Most my bills are payed through the post office, can you still use it if you pay through post office?

Does anyone use it towards your mobile phone bill? That's what I want to use mine for but don't know how I get all the details like the sort code (not my sort code, the sort code for the billers account)

If you message Zipzero through the app and tell them which company it is, they will tell you the bank details and you just need to provide the customer reference number which is on your bill.

I’ve cashed out £47 so far & have used it towards council tax. It’s definitely one of the better receipt apps out there, surprising how quickly that 1% adds up 😀

It’s a great app and adds up really quickly but remember to redraw at least 7 days before your payment is due as it takes a while to get it processed.

I love this app, quick and straightforward to use, takes all sorts of receipts and I've just paid £16 off my council tax with it.

just a heads up, they’ve announced that they’re imposing a £5 minimum cash out due to the recent problems they’ve experienced with their banking

My opinion is that this app is a scam. They have been taking people's data for almost three years now and never paid a penny. I tried just after the app launch but soon realized they were trolling the users, making up terrible excuses for not paying, so I gave up. Reading the reviews and comments on their social media channels, I can see that it was the right decision.

kikogpe you’re unlucky. I managed to get a couple of cash outs, along with others I know. But that was then…I wouldn’t touch it now

I gave up on ZipZero, never managed to cash out and had issues with it, messaged them and didn’t really help so gave up. There are other receipt apps that are so much easier.

I used to use the app,I had quite a bit of cashback saved up,the only way I can cash it out now, if I make online purchases to match the balance 😞

I used it previously and I thought it was one of the more generous apps. And it was when it worked/paid out. But it’s no longer the same app. I wouldn’t touch it now

I used it briefly in the beginning but never really got into it. I've seen lots of discussions of users over the last few years and fell quite lucky I never bothered it.

I have been on it pretty much since it 1st began . It had some serious cash problems and came close to closing but they rebooted in and it works different to how it used to work . You still get the % towards your bills but you also to get the money need to kinda use the cashback part as well . So for example if all you do is take photos of your receipts your balance will keep increasing but not become payable . If you use Amazon as much as my wife does then use Zip zero to go to Amazon and then do your transaction and follow the steps you have to do on zip zero and then your money will then become payable .

Its a really good idea but if you think it is now hard to understand its similar to the cashback sites but with 1 twist you get the money to pay your bills rather than it go into paypal ,your bank account or giftcards .

I have requested a cash out for my o2 phone bill last Tuesday, in the ZIPZERO app it says paid but not showing on my o2 account yet. Has anyone cashed out on o2 and know how long it takes? I’m not sure if I have used the correct details but o2 can’t help and not hearing back from ZIPZERO!

They have completely changed the rules how it works now. At the beginning you snapped your receipts, collected your points and exchanged to pay of phone bill. That worked. But now I can’t make head nor tail of it, I have £171.13 in the account but to unlock you now have to spend via the app in stores. Well that’s the way I see it. Totally wrong after I have given so much information. I don’t use it anymore.
