Terms and Conditions

The competition will run from 10:30 Tuesday 27th August 2019 to 23:59 on Sunday 8th September 2019.

The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees and affiliates of The Hummingbird Bakery or the Museum of Brands.

One winner will win either 2 annual passes or 1 annual family ticket to the Museum of Brands and £30 Hummingbird Bakery vouchers to spend in-store or online.

Tickets to the Museum of Brands are valid for 1 year from first use. Tickets cannot be used in combination with any other offer or discount. Tickets are not for resale and have no monetary value. For up to date opening hours and information please check the Museum website here.

A winner will be chosen at random after the closing date and contacted either with a private message on Facebook, a Direct Message on Twitter, or an Inbox message on Instagram by The Hummingbird Bakery by 23:59 on Friday 13th September 2019.

A new winner will be selected at random if the original winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within ten days of being notified and the prize will be forfeited.

The winner will have the choice of paper vouchers to spend in-store or an online code valid for one year from the date of issue to redeem against orders placed via our website. Paper vouchers can be redeemed in store only at any of The Hummingbird Bakery’s UK branches and cannot be redeemed online. Online orders can be arranged for delivery to selected postcodes or collection in-store at our branches. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of our delivery service.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

Only one entry is permitted per person.

The name of the winner and runners up may be shared on The Hummingbird Bakery and the Museum of Brands’ social media pages.

The Hummingbird Bakery reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason.
