Fancy exploring the museum this Christmas too?
Go down to the historic Kew Bridge Waterworks this Christmas – where there’s fun for all the family. Throughout the holidays, there are Museum treats a-plenty, whether playing in their Splash Zone water play area, letting off steam in their garden or exploring their hands-on Waterworks Gallery. Kids can make their own snowflakes with their Christmas crafts and follow their Winter trail – and their Waterworks Railway steam engine, Thomas Wicksteed, will be offering unlimited free rides at weekends.
Their Seasonal celebrations end with a long weekend of steam-tastic fun at their New Year Steam Up, when their unique collection of rotative and Cornish beam water pumping engines will be in steam, as well as their Waterworks Railway and Victorian steam fire engine.
