The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Seasalt, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. All entries must be submitted via this website or by email to competitions@seasaltcornwall.co.uk and only one entry per person is permitted. The closing date of the competition is midnight on 12/3/17. Entries received after this time will not be counted. Seasalt accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault. The winner will be chosen at random by Seasalt within 7 days of the end of the competition. The winner will receive a three night stay for up to a family of four at The Rosevine with fresh flowers on arrival. Prize must be taken before June 2017 and all dates are subject to availability. The winner will be notified by email or telephone and must confirm their details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Seasalt within 28 days of being contacted, Seasalt reserves the right to select another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. If The Rosevine or Seasalt is unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value. Seasalt’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Seasalt reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition where necessary. Insofar as is permitted by law, Seasalt, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Seasalt, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
