Many thanks for posting have entered comp but think you may need to live in an STV region per TCM's
I've tried to enter region specific competitions on this site in the past - if it's region-locked they normally don't accept the entry.

One free play per entrant. To play the Scottish Children's Lottery you need to be over 16 and resident in GB. Free play expires midnight August 31st 2018
ivenailedit Hi, my mistake. After entering comp, STV offer free entry into Scottish Children's Lottery and ask for post code to confirm that you fall into STV area so it probably just applies to lottery and not the comp. . Sorry for the confusion and good luck to all
