I received the following reply via email: "Many thanks for your enquiry. Can I ask for the registration of the car you bought from us please as the competition is only open to customers who buy a car from a car store. Once I have this information I will be more than happy to enter on your behalf". Bunch of Muppets, that wasn't made clear on the entry form...
So in other words whoever wins will have to forfeit their prize if they haven’t bought a car from them. That’s a bit rubbish. Thanks for bringing this to our attention x
It doesn't mention anything like that in the T&Cs. It says "The competition is open to all residents of the mainland United Kingdom (specifically excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) aged 17 years or over at the date of entry." and "Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner) of the Promoter and/or agencies associated with this prize competition, including the provider of the Prize or any person connected with the administration or otherwise of the Prize are ineligible to enter, and any such entries shall be deemed to be invalid."
