One lucky reader and guest will be winning a place on the School of Artisan Food’s popular Introduction to Ice Cream Making course, taking place Thursday 21st June, at their countryside school. The course will be delivered by tutor Kitty Travers, founder of London’s La Grotta Ices, and she will be teaching students how to create a variety of delicious ice creams, sorbets and granitas – ideal for summer!
Also included in the prize is a one-night stay at Ye Olde Bell Hotel, situated in the rural village of Barnby Moor.
