The Prizes: There will be a total of 4 winners.

• Tier 1 Prize: 1 winner will win 1 x Madison 2500 Garden Room, including base worth £15,300, installed in the winner’s garden by the expert Nordic Garden Buildings team.
• Tier 2 Prize: 3 winners will win 1 x £1,000.

*The Prize is only available on mainland UK. The Hebrides, Shetland Islands, the Orkney Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Channel Island are excluded.

• The dimensions of the Madison 2500 Garden Room are as follows:
• Metric: 2.50m x 2.50m x 2.50m (6.25 sqm) / Imperial: 8ft 2in x 8ft 2in x 8ft 2in (67 sq ft) – Height/Width/Depth.
• The roof type will be a polycarbonate roof.
• The Madison 2500 Garden Room will be delivered and installed within the usual lead time period of Nordic Garden Buildings and by no later than 8 months after the prize has been accepted. The winner must ensure that their garden is cleared and levelled prior to installation taking place, the cost of which is not included in the Prize and will be for the account of the winner. Installation may be delayed due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
