The winner will receive:
One (1) trip to Waikiki for two (2) people including:
Six (6) days and five (5) nights in hotel, within a limit of an amount of 3.000 EUR.
The transport round trip flight within a limit of an amount of 1500 EUR/round trip flight/person. Flight departure from the nearest airport to the winnerβs place of residence, flight return from the nearest airport capital city.
The date of the stay will be chosen according to availability of the winner and the accommodation. However, the trip shall be organised for a period between January 2023 to end of December 2023. The winner and guest shall be available on the dates indicated above. If not, or in the event of any travel restrictions during 2023, in particular due to Covid 19, the Prize will be canceled without any compensation.

Two (2) vouchers of 300 EUR each. One for the winner and one for their guest. To be used on the Site only. Each voucher can be used once only. If a voucher is used for an article with a lower price, the difference cannot be used for another purchase. The vouchers will be valid 12 months from the issuing date, If not used before the expiration date, it will be definitively canceled with no further compensation.

I am trying to find the terms and conditions as the ones you posted donΒ΄t specify who is eligible to enter as the prize is showing in euros ?
The only conditions i found were from another website and for US and Canadian citizens only

Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
GRAND PRIZE: One prize will be awarded to the "Winner," as determined in accordance with these Official Rules, that consists of: a six day, five night trip for Winner and one guest to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii to stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort or a comparable resort hotel in Oahu, Hawaii. All food, beverages, activities and other transportation are excluded from the Prize.
Air Travel: The Winner will receive two round trip coach tickets to Honolulu International Airport (HNL) from the US or Canada airport nearest to Prize place of residence and up to a maximum of USD$900.00 per ticket including all taxes and fees and will be booked by Sponsor and its agencies. Winner must travel within dates between January 1 and December 31, 2023. Approximate retail value of both tickets up to USD$1,800.00. Sponsor will work with Winner to find travel times and dates that accommodate the Winner and these conditions.
Hotel: Winner will receive five nights' accommodations in a double occupancy room for the Winner and their Guest at the Hotel (ARV USD$3,000.00). Any upgrades or changes to room, damage to room or the Hotel, or charges to the room (including but not limited to any food, room service, spa treatments, or activities), whether they are related to the actions of Prize Winner or their Guest, are Prize Winner's sole responsibility and cost.
Total ARV of the Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is up to four thousand eight hundred dollars and zero cents (USD$4,800.00).
There will be one winner of this Sweepstakes who will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designee, on or about October 24, 2022 based on all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. A potential winner from Canada, if any, will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without aid or assistance before being declared a winner. Each winner's name will be available after November 15, 2022, see below. Odds of winning a prize is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
