Given recent government and global efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19), we are keeping a keen on eye on the situation. Should it become necessary we will work with Universal Entertainment to ensure the prize winner is not disadvantaged. The current date within which the prize must be taken is end 2021.

1. This Promotion is open to UK, ROI, CI and IoM residents, aged 18 or over excluding the employees of Cereal Partners UK (“Promoter”) and their immediate families, and the Promoter’s agents, associated companies or professional advisers connected to this Promotion.

1. Promotion Period: Main Prize Draw 0:01 on 1st June 2020 until 23:59 on 12th July 2020 (Final wash up draw opens 00:01 13th July 2020 until 12th January 2021)

1. Purchase of a promotional pack is necessary to enter. Customers must keep their receipt and promotional pack as this may be required when verifying the winner. Promotional packs are subject to availability and only available whilst stocks last.

5.1 PRIZE DRAW – During the Promotion Period participants are required to purchase a promotional pack of Nestlé Multigrain Cheerios and find the 6-digits code (“Promotional Code”) on the pack. They must visit the website [www.nestle-cereals.com/win] and access the Promotion homepage. Where requested, submit your 6-digits code and enter the requested information including their first name, last name and email address to participate in the prize draw which will take place during week commencing 20.07.2020. Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the stated closing date. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw via email using the email address provided in their original entry and will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide additional details required to fulfil the prize within 14 days of the date of the notification. In order to qualify for the prizes, winners must reside in the same country that they purchased and entered the Promotion.

1. Prizes

A. Main prize draw: Three (3) winners will each win a family trip consisting of an eight (8) day, seven (7) night trip for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Hollywood, California:

1. If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; Seven (7) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites Orlando or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3 Park Explorer tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Orlando Trip is Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($6,437.00)

If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; seven (7) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Sheraton Universal Hotel (or at another on-site hotel as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; and five (5) days general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Hollywood Trip is Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($12,344.00).
